Superb location; staff very friendly and helpful both before and on arrival.

Clear instructions and details of location are very handy, plus San Sebastian cafe was a real bonus. The food is excellent and the staff!!

I would definitely recommend your apartments. I found the service efficient.
I liked the way all money was paid up front including tour bookings and i was nicely surprised to recieve a text informing me of change of time for the tour to Auschwitz the following day.

Staff in the office at arrival and on leaving were very friendly and helpful, the place was very clean and huge, and the all nite supermarket was just round the corner, very convenient.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating with our late arrival. They spoke English well.
The apartment supplied adequate fans to keep cool. We stayed all over Eastern Europe and it was the only apartment which provided iron, ironing board, and a washer. These are extremely helpful to a travellor.

Everything was excellent, especially our City Tour. Our guide Paulina was marvellous, and we thouroughly enjoyed the tour.
The organisation of the transport from the airport was good and we had nothing we worry about during our stay in this wonderful city.

The location was fabulous. I have stopped in other of your apartments which have been very good. This was certainly one of the best. We would not change from taking our short breaks in Europe in an apartment now as it is far more comfortable and sociable than a hotel.

Taxi waiting at airport, excursions really good, Krakov is compact and easy too navigate, liked new apartment in old building get the feel the old character but with modern comfort.
Apartment gives you more freedom than hotel.
